Gentlemen, have any of you read the book yet? Mandy and I are going to buy it this weekend. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to offer a preview.
ReplyDeleteI just finished reading this book, and I really enjoyed it! I particularly enjoyed the early description of the building storm and the sustained narrative in the middle of the book about the fate of the Mataafa. Reading this, I immediately thought of two friends, both avid sailors, who would love this book, and I'll share it with them once Mandy finishes reading the book and after we have met next Monday. I am looking forward to Monday night's gathering.
